Hi PPL,
I have a question and a proposition.
During my practice I ran accross a problem concering studying embedded systems in Armenia. There is a couple of reasons for that... here is the short list:

  • Absence of documentation
  • Absence of hardware
  • Combined knowledges needed
  • Extra knowledge needed

So my question and the proposition:
Does anyone know any links concerning CONCRETE (e-)books of embedded systems, and the proposition, I offer to organize community for collaboration based on development in the area of embedded systems. Software, hardware and electronical engineers are welcome!

what do you mean saying embedded system? do you mean hardware, software or hardware and software co-design? i think a microcontroller with a pice of software is a simple embedded system. didn't you think so?

Exactly, the first approach of embedded system is microcontroller programming. Currently, two guys from our office and I are planning to develop a simple embedded system for a simple microcontroller. I guess if the volume of ppl involved were bigger the result would be more notable cool.gif

On my behalf: here is a link where I downloaded some useful stuff from

Hope to get your feedbacks.
